Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when booking an Art Clay Silver Workshop with Bubele. As our workshops have a limited number of places and materials are prepared in advance, the following cancellation conditions apply.
Cancellations by participants
If you are unable to attend your booked workshop, please contact us as soon as possible at denis.buckingham.db@gmail.com.

14 days or more before the workshop: You may cancel your booking for a full refund.

7–13 days before the workshop: 50% of the workshop price will be refunded.

Less than 7 days before the workshop: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

No-shows: No refund can be provided.
Instead of cancelling, you may transfer your place to another person at no additional cost. Please let us know in advance so that we can update the participant details.
Where availability allows, we may also offer the possibility to move your booking to another workshop date. This is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Cancellations by Bubele
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered either:

a place on another available workshop date, or

a full refund of the workshop price.
Bubele is not responsible for additional expenses incurred in connection with attending the workshop, such as travel or accommodation costs.
Workshop materials and finished jewellery
All materials required for the workshop are included as described in the workshop offer.
Art Clay Silver is shaped by hand and undergoes drying, firing and finishing processes. Small variations in shape, texture and finish are a natural part of handmade jewellery and are not considered defects.
If there is a problem with your finished jewellery that appears to have resulted from the firing or finishing process carried out by us, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue and find an appropriate solution.
Shipping of finished jewellery
If your finished jewellery is sent to you after the workshop, please check it upon arrival. If your package or jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include photographs of the damage where possible.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
